Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days unless otherwise stated during launch periods, limited releases, preorders, or high-volume drops.
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
During launches, product releases, or promotional periods, fulfillment timelines may be extended.
Shipping Timelines
Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination, shipping method selected, carrier performance, and external factors beyond our control.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
Please note: shipping estimates are not guarantees.
Tracking Information
Customers will receive tracking details once an order has been fulfilled and handed off to the shipping carrier.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation email.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.
DEMN is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
If you notice an address error, contact hello@demnworld.com as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment.
Delays & Carrier Issues
DEMN is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, service interruptions, high-volume periods, or circumstances outside our control.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once an order has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier, DEMN is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
If an issue occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly and reaching out to us at hello@demnworld.com so we can assist where possible.
International Orders
International customers may be responsible for customs fees, duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their local government or shipping provider.
These fees are not controlled by DEMN and are the responsibility of the customer.
